By purchasing from Little Steps Learning, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms help keep everything clear, fair and safe for both you and me.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS ONLY All items sold are digital downloads. No physical products will be shipped. Your files will be emailed to you after purchase.

USE OF DIGITAL FILES All digital downloads are for personal use only. You may print them for your own child or classroom, but you must not share, resell, copy, or distribute the files in any form.

EMAIL ADDRESS Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout, as your files are emailed directly to the address you provide.

SPAM / JUNK FOLDERS If your files do not appear in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder, as emails with attachments can sometimes be filtered there.

DELIVERY OF FILES Your digital files will be emailed to you once your order is complete. If you do not receive your files within a reasonable time, please contact me so I can help.

TECHNICAL ISSUES If you experience any problems opening or using your files, please contact me and I will do my best to help.

PERSONALISED ITEMS Personalised digital products are created based on the information you provide. Please check all spellings carefully before ordering, as personalised items are made specifically for you and cannot be refunded once created and emailed.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS Little Steps Learning provides digital downloads, which are emailed to you after purchase. Because these items are digital and cannot be physically returned, refunds work differently from physical goods.

Digital products Once your files have been emailed to you, they cannot be refunded. Digital downloads cannot be “returned” once delivered.

Accidental purchases If you bought something by mistake and have not yet received your files, please contact me as soon as possible. I’m always happy to help where I can.
